Pool access is available to residents and their guests, but please respect our house rules. Access to the BBQ area is managed via booking system. At times, the committee may restrict rooftop access for special resident-only events, such as on New Years Eve.
Red (landfill) and yellow (recycling) bins are located behind the south tower.
Bulky goods collection is booked with City of Sydney who then collect it on Wednesdays. Please arrange this via the building manager, and leave bulky goods on Macdonald lane.
Gemini has two laundries, located on the ground floor of each tower. Washing machines and dryers take credit/debit cards.
Please note there are apartments located on the ground floor of the south tower, so that laundry operates between 7am - 9:30pm only.
If you're planning to move in or out of the building, please let us know. Booking can help make your access to the carpark and lifts go more smoothly.
At the next AGM, owners will be asked to vote on a by-law to allow pets, subject to an application and approval process.
Visitor's pets are not allowed at any time.
Access to the Gemini scramble carpark is available to residents but you must first register your car with the strata manager. Cars require annual re-registration. Only one car can be registered per apartment. Approved cars are issued with annual permit stickers that must be affixed to the windscreen
