House rules & BBQ bookings

The rooftop is a quiet enjoyment area, please respect our house rules for the benefit of all owners and occupiers. Please act responsibly while in this shared space, to protect the safety and wellbeing of others and allow equal access for all owners and occupiers.

(a) The swimming pool may only be used between the hours of 6.00 AM and 10.00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 6.00 AM and 9.00 PM on other days.

(b) Children under 15 years may use the pool only if accompanied and supervised by an adult.

food, glassware or sharp objects
ball playing, water bombing or flips in pool.
inflatable pool chairs or objects other than worn personal flotation devices
drinking alcohol, smoking or vaping
amplified sound
loud and offensive language
parties.

(d) Visiting dogs are not permitted anywhere on the rooftop; owners and occupiers must ensure their dogs do not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of others and clean up after them

(e) Access to use the BBQ is prioritised via a booking system, see rooftop bookings

(f) Please clean up and take all rubbish with you, a $200 cleaning fee applies if the area is not left clean and tidy.

Security cameras operate in this area. Security callout and cleaning fees may be charged direct to Lot Owners levy accounts, and managing agents notified to take further action.

Your strata committee will also consider a range of further options to manage the ongoing responsible use of this shared area, including limits on large gatherings and amendments to by-laws if necessary.
